Kid Hawk Jiu-Jitsu: (Ages 6-12)
Children will learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and controlled environment taught by a well trained instructor. Children are taught the fundamentals of submission holds, escapes, and how to deal with bullies. This class helps to improve the child’s discipline, fitness, and teaches them how to achieve goals in a positive atmosphere.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Basics: (Open to ALL adult students)
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu basics class focuses on establishing a solid foundation for the student. Whether an individual is learning Jiu-Jitsu for self-fulfillment, to compete in sport Jiu-Jitsu competitions, Submission Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, or self-defense, one needs to have a firm understanding of the basics. The fine details of submissions, escapes, position stabilization, position controls, takedowns, and self-defense are thoroughly presented in the basics class.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Advanced: (2 stripe white belt or higher)
The advanced class is for the students who hold a rank of 2 stripe white belt or higher and have obtained the instructor’s permission to move ahead. In the advanced class students learn how to add on to their knowledge of the basics to progress their individual game. Students will learn more advanced submission, escapes, positions, takedowns, and sweeps. This class requires a gi.

No-Gi / Submission Wrestling: (Open to ALL adult students)
The No-Gi class provides students with the opportunity to train without the uniform. Students learn how to adapt and apply their techniques without the utilization of gi grips and gi chokes while sparring. 15 basic classes or instructor’s permission is required for the Thursday No-Gi Intermediate class.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Basics: (Open to ALL adult students)
The MMA Basic class prepares a student for the more intense training in the MMA Advance class. This class concentrates on blending boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and BJJ all together. This class is geared toward a student planning to fight in the cage or a student looking to get a good workout using MMA drills. Hand wraps are required.
